Job Description :

Join us as a Senior Network Engineer LAN and play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing the network infrastructure for a leading global contact center solutions provider.

In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in routing and switching to ensure the high availability and performance of enterprise-grade networks, while also contributing to security and load balancing operations that keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise networks supporting millions of customer interactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep systems secure, resilient, and :

  • Design, configure, and maintain LAN infrastructure with a focus on Cisco Nexus platform routing and switching.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Support network security by configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls and GCP security groups.
  • Configure and maintain load balancers to ensure optimal traffic distribution and availability.
  • Use and support network tools such as Cisco ISE, Duo, and Linux-based servers for network services.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement best practices and resolve network-related escalations.
  • Maintain detailed network documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a strong focus on enterprise LAN environments.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with routing and switching on Cisco Nexus platforms.
  • Working knowledge of network security technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls and GCP security groups.
  • Proficiency with load balancers and network monitoring / troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience with Cisco ISE, Duo, and Linux servers in a networking context.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, large-scale network environments.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Relevant certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, GCP Networking, or equivalent).
  • Experience with automation or scripting (Python, Ansible) for network tasks.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-site architectures.
