Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns targeting HR leaders, recruiters, and staffing firms across global markets.​
• Drive qualified leads for demos, trials, and recruitment platform onboarding using paid ads, content marketing, SEO, and social media.​
• Own and grow organic search, paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), and account-based targeting for enterprise clients.​
• Collaborate on marketing automation, funnel design, and campaign analytics to ensure velocity-driven performance.​
• Create and promote thought leadership content : case studies, webinars, whitepapers, and blog posts positioned for HR tech buyers.​
• Manage drip campaigns and nurture flows for top-of-funnel engagement and conversion.​
• Analyze customer journey data to inform creative and messaging strategies, optimizing CAC and ROI for all channels.​
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, launch GTM motions, and co-develop use-case campaign flows.​
• Track and report on campaign performance, leveraging SaaS benchmarks and best practices to maximize impact.​
