Role & responsibilities
- HR Business partner for across all the departments
- Talent Development and management
- Succession planning and retention strategies
- Manage Reward and recognition programs and employee engagement activities in coordination with business
- Employee connect- Coffee and connect on regular basis
- Handling employee grievances
- Training and development, facilitate soft skill training, functional trainings on PMS and POSH
- Responsible for Performance management, resolve employee queries related to goal setting, midyear assessment and annual assessment and calibration.
- New joiners Induction
