9-15 Years(Candidates from FMCG & Beverage industry would be more preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels (corporate, plants & Sales).
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to fulfill business manpower needs.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies, optimize source mix, and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive competition mapping and talent market intelligence.
- Manage and mentor sourcing teams to meet TAT and hiring quality goals.
- Execute campus hiring, rightsizing, and support onboarding processes.
- Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structure evolution.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and support HR audits.
