We create high-quality, sustainable beauty and hygiene products — including shampoos, conditioners, lotions, body washes, and lip balms — for both B2B and retail markets .
We're looking for a Sales Manager who can build and scale our sales network, channel partnerships, and business relationships across India.
Role Overview
As the Sales Manager , you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, and client relationship management across retail, institutional, and private label clients.
You will work directly with the leadership team to define go-to-market strategies, open new channels, and establish Arthcycle Labs as a trusted name in personal care and beauty manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2B and B2C sales for personal care and cosmetic product lines.
- Identify new clients, distributors, and retail partners in assigned regions.
- Manage leads for private label, hotel amenities, and whit-label manufacturing .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and market penetration.
- Conduct sales visits, product demos, and client presentations.
Distribution & Channel Management
Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.Develop new sales territories and optimize existing distribution channels.Monitor secondary sales and ensure stock availability at outlets.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and replenishment.Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare and execute annual sales plans aligned with business goals.Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM or spreadsheets.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to suggest improvements.Provide feedback to R&D and marketing for new product development opportunities.Client Relationship & Negotiation
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and trade partners.Handle price negotiations, contracts, and follow up on payments.Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale support.Key Requirements
Education : Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience : 2–5 years in FMCG or Personal Care sales, preferably in B2B or retail channels.Skills :Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and channel management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze market data and build actionable sales strategies.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.Preferred Personality Traits
