Sr Executive / Executive - Inside Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through inside sales activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, digital platforms).
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Follow up with prospects and clients for quotation feedback, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain and update the CRM / sales tracker with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Support the MD for by fixing meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth client handovers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on trade lanes, freight rates, competitor activities, and industry trends.
