Zonal Operations Manager

Location - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement operational Startegy strategy across states, regions

2. Ensure branch level targets are met

3. Monitor the application workflow to conduct reviews and provide corrective actions

4. Recruit, train and lead the regional, area and branch managers

5. Ensure compliance with MFIN / RBI codes, Client Protetction and grievance redressal

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in operations management.

Prior experience in MFI or NBFC sector preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Willingness to travel frequently as required.
