Business Development Executive (Real Estate / Commercial / Industrial)
Location : Mumbai / Pune
Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)
Experience in Business development preferably for Private customers.
Experience in Key account management
Planning and formation of strategy to increase market penetration in Southern region in private sector for PMC, QA / QC and TPI services
Experience in handling customers from the sectors like Real Estate / Commercial / Industrial etc.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of an organization
Proficient in handling techno – commercial negotiations, preparation of cost sheets
Experience with PMC / TPI Companies will be given preference
Ready to travel across India
Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)
Develop positive direct relationships with key business contacts. Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets & developing new segment or portfolio depends upon market requirement.
Education
Total Experience : 2 to 4 years
B. Tech (Civil) is must, MBA / Post Graduation would be plus
