Cityinfo Services, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) / BDE in Mumbai to strengthen our corporate client network and drive business expansion in this key market.

Responsibilities

Build strong client relationships and deliver customized workplace solutions.

Lead the complete transaction process, from prospecting to deal closure.

Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and client delivery.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the Mumbai region.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales.

Exposure to corporate real estate or related industries preferred.

Required Skills

Strong local market understanding and networking skills.

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation abilities.

Ambitious, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
