Job description
Role & responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns from booking formalities to possession. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications post-sales.
- Post-Sales Activities : Handle the entire CRM lifecycle, including demand letters, other post-sales processes. Manage collections, ensuring timely and accurate payments from clients. Monitor and resolve client-related issues in collaboration with the accounts team.
- Demand Raising & Collections : Generate and send demand letters to clients as per the payment schedule. Ensure timely collection of payments and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets for both individual and project goals. Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies in collaboration with the accounts department.
- Documentation & Compliance : Verify client-related documents before execution to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Keep track of outstanding payments and follow up with clients to maintain collections efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics : Prepare and present various reports (daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly) to track CRM activities and payment status. Analyse data to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
- Ensure timely followups with the internal and external clients to ensure timely execution of CRMcampaign deliverables and related action items. Maintain Current data within the organizations digital assets including ERPs and other productivity tools.
Experience : 5+ years in CRM
Communication Skills : Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and writing abilities for cross-team collaboration.
Education - Any post graduate / Graduate
