Primary Purpose of the Job : The incumbent will support the Sales Manager in executing strategies to drive revenue and expand the client base within the educational sector. The role focuses on lead generation, supporting new school on-boarding, providing exceptional client service, and managing key accounts in a designated region.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Qualification
- Assist in generating leads through digital channels, networking events, and outreach activities.
- Qualify potential schools and educational institutions based on identified needs and fit with the organizations product offerings.
- Gather insights on schools' purchasing patterns, budget cycles, and potential needs for educational supplies.
Product / Service Sales Support
Support the Sales Manager in presenting and promoting products to schools and educational institutions.Actively follow up with leads and prospects to schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.Conduct product demonstrations as needed to highlight product features and benefits.Account Management Support
Help build relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers, to foster trust and ensure ongoing satisfaction.Regularly check in with existing school clients to address questions, troubleshoot issues, and identify further needs.Monitor product usage and satisfaction, and share feedback with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.Meeting Sales Targets
Work alongside the Sales Manager to meet individual and team targets for new school onboarding and revenue growth.Track and report personal sales activities and progress towards targets, making adjustments to activities as needed.Administrative and Operational Tasks
Prepare quotations and product information packets for prospective and current clients.Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and potential opportunities in CRM.Assist in coordinating product deliveries and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.Expected Competencies :
