Key Responsibilities
Franchise Recruitment and Acquisition :
Identifying, evaluating, and securing new franchise partners and investors in line with the company's expansion objectives and target markets (which often include tier II and tier III cities for jewellery brands).
Market Analysis and Strategy :
Conducting thorough market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying potential growth areas for franchise business expansion.
Relationship Management :
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees and key regional stakeholders (such as landlords), serving as the main point of contact during the acquisition process and beyond.
Negotiation and Contract Management :
Leading negotiations, finalizing terms, and managing all necessary franchise agreements and legal documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant franchise laws.
Operational Support and Training :
Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to provide initial guidance, support, and training to new franchisees to ensure successful implementation and adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and business strategies. This includes ensuring brand consistency in store design and product display.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
Monitoring the performance of existing franchise outlets, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing regular reports and performance metrics for management to inform strategic planning.
Project Coordination :
Coordinating new store projects, including location identification and negotiation, and managing the store launch and handover process to the operations teams.
Revenue Generation :
Driving sales and achieving assigned targets for new franchise acquisition and regional revenue growth.
