About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand planning, oversee campaign execution, and maintain consistent brand communication across all digital and offline platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams — design, content, digital marketing, and sales — to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify brand growth opportunities.
- Manage partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers.
- Oversee creative development — including brand messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports.
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions for brand positioning and promotional strategies.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with brand tone, identity, and target audience.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media trends.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Brandwatch, etc.).Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.What We Offer
