We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our franchising and institutional business expansion. We have already onboarded multiple franchisees, and now we’re ready to scale further.

About the Role

• Understand our franchise models and drive expansion.
• Work across our existing footprint in Bahrain and Dubai .
• Lead growth for our two digital licensing formats and the physical franchise model for Tier 1 / 2 cities in India.

Who We're Looking For :

4–7 years of experience (however, candidates with lesser experience can still be considered if they have strong relevant skills).

Proven experience in managing and scaling franchise businesses.

Strong in sales communication , relationship building , and negotiation .

Ability to understand digital product architecture and explain value propositions clearly.

Institutional Business :

Driving Corporate wellness.

We have a set architecture, you'll be trained on this.

Understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn ) to generate buzz and for lead pipeline creation

Knowledge of various franchise lead-generation channels and bodies.
