Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, located in Noida. The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Skills in Hiring and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
