Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter with prior experience in hospital staff hiring . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring across clinical, non-clinical, and administrative roles. This position requires strong knowledge of hospital job functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Source qualified candidates for roles such as nurses, Doctor, paramedical staff, technicians, administrative staff, support services, and other hospital positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels like job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and medical department leaders.
  • Maintain applicant databases and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies , labour laws, and credentialing requirements.
  • Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
  • Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract healthcare talent.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in hospital hiring .
  • Strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS), job portals, and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Qualifications
