The Role : We’re looking for a
digital-first hustler
who can own and scale our
entire D2C ecosystem . From online marketplaces to Instagram reels, you’ll be driving growth, coordinating with agencies, and leading an in-house creative squad.
What You’ll Do :
Drive & scale our D2C presence across website, marketplaces & q-commerce.
Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to run & optimize campaigns.
Build engaging social media strategies that grow community & love for the brand.
Work with creative, influencer & SEO agencies to keep the brand buzzing.
Lead our internal team (designers, content, e-comm ops) for smooth execution.
Track CAC, ROAS, conversions & sales — and report actionable insights.
️ Keep a close eye on trends, competition & consumer behavior.
What We’re Looking For :
3–7 years in
digital marketing / D2C / brand building .
Experience managing
Amazon / Flipkart + q-commerce platforms + websites .
Strong understanding of performance marketing (even if handled by agencies).
Social media savvy with a creative & strategic mindset.
Team leader who can inspire & execute.
