Key Responsibilities :
Overall :
A dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proficiency in media planning and execution and ensuring alignment with the overall company’s goals.
Experienced in last-mile management for digital campaigns- top, middle, and bottom funnel, proficient in media planning, tracking, and executing digital media to ensure seamless delivery and operational efficiency.
Proficient in website management and development of new website
Campaign management for customer communication
Digital Media Planning and Performance Marketing :
Strategize, develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google search (SEM), social media, display, programmatic, email, etc. for driving brand awareness and lead generation
Co-ordinate with respective teams to gather relevant audience lists
Budget Management :
Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of funds across different channels and campaigns
Prepare regular performance reports, analyse campaign data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and for stakeholder presentations
Monitor and manage lead progression throughout the sales funnel
Analyze user behaviour to understand website usage and make data-driven decisions.
Campaign Management :
Design, edit, test, and deploy email / RCS and WhatsApp campaigns using respective tools.
Create and manage multiple templates for customer campaigns
Experience in conducting A / B testing to optimize the campaign elements such as subject lines, visuals and calls to action for improved engagement
Management of Digital Assets :
Management of the current digital assets such as website, customer portal, mobile app
Design and implement strategies and enhance user’s engagement with the customer portal and app
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the enhancement’s effectiveness and make data-driven decisions, address any technical issue promptly
Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts align of customer portal and app features and updates
Co-ordinate with IT or development teams to resolve technical issues
Revamp of website, app, customer portal from execution, deployment and monitoring of the website
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business to a related fields ( master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience of 5-7 years in marketing
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing, social media etc.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience with bid management tools and other analytics tools
Up-to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM
Proficient in enhancing engagement on customer portal and customer facing app
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Office 365 application
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data driven decision making
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Should be able to collaborate with various departments such as sales, product, IT, Customer support to align initiatives and execution
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing goals
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards
