Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and pitch branded content, AFPs, and IP-led formats that align with client marketing goals.
- Drive revenue growth for the region through innovative, integrated content offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and brand decision-makers.
- Own the ideation-to-delivery lifecycle of branded content across TV, digital, and social platforms.
- Create and grow network-owned IPs that can be monetized across categories and markets.
- Develop Advertiser Funded Programs (AFPs) with measurable brand impact.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, digital, marketing, and legal teams for seamless execution.
- Stay ahead of market trends and audience behavior to shape future-ready content opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 8–12 years in branded content sales, media sales, or integrated marketing roles with a proven revenue track record.Revenue Mindset : Strong focus on business outcomes, deal structuring, and client ROI.Commercial & Creative Balance : Ability to blend brand strategy with content innovation for measurable business impact.Client Partnership : Excellent pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.Market Understanding : Awareness of digital and broadcast ecosystems, ad models, and branded storytelling formats.Execution Ownership : Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery with accountability on timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.Personality Fit : Go-getter with a sharp sales mindset and a passion for driving branded content revenue.
