What You’ll Own
1. Content Engineering & Inbound
- Architect long-form content that is built on entities, semantic relevance, and topic authority.
- Engineer SEO-led narratives that connect AI search, traditional SEO, and organic growth.
- Develop pillar pages, supporting clusters, and content maps designed for long-term organic dominance.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure every piece performs across web, search, and social.
- Research new frameworks, technologies, and search behaviors, then convert them into thought leadership.
2. Newsjacking, Trendspotting & Real-Time Content
Monitor the startup, AI, SEO, and MarTech echo chambers daily.Identify stories breaking on X, Product Hunt, TechCrunch, or from players like a16z, Ahrefs, OpenAI, etc.React fast, create content that riffs off what’s trending (e.G. data stories, commentary, explainer threads, or scripts for reactive video pieces).Build “fast takes” and creative formats that can go viral, reports, memes, or short-form explainers.Work with our video editor to script, concept, and visually execute these stories.3. Growth-Driven Storytelling
Write with clarity, power, and intent, not fluff.Blend narrative storytelling with inbound psychology, educate, then convert.Think across channels : every piece should ladder into distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, X.Create narratives that connect data, trends, and insights to brand positioning.You’ll Fit Right In If You
Have 3–5 years of experience in inbound or growth marketing content. You understand funnels, ICPs, and what drives conversion.Can take a single entity or data insight and build a story worth reading.Understand SEO, content distribution, and audience psychology inside out.Can write sharp, human-first copy that lives at the intersection of clarity and conversion.Don’t wait for briefs, you create them.Know how to collaborate without slowing down.Can take feedback, defend your ideas, and adapt in hours, not days.What Makes You Standout
You can think beyond the article, you see content as a growth asset.You know how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) intelligently for scale, not shortcuts.You’ve built content that ranks organically and drives pipeline.You understand distribution strategy and can write natively for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.You can switch tones, from conversational copy to strategic insight, effortlessly.This Role Is Not for You If

Qualification
A degree in marketing, mass communication, literature, or a related field.
