Content Writer – HR Media (ThePeoplesBoard)

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development : Research, write, and edit long-form articles, interviews, blog posts, and HR-focused thought pieces with clarity, depth, and originality.
• Corporate & Subject Writing : Deliver structured, insight-driven content that simplifies complex HR, leadership, and workplace topics for our professional audience.
• Creative Storytelling : Bring a fresh perspective to HR themes by combining data, trends, and human stories while ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
• Editorial & Calendar Management : Contribute to maintaining the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across formats (articles, newsletters, social media, video scripts).
• Multimedia Collaboration : Support video interviews, podcasts, and panel discussions with research, scripting, and content planning.
• Audience Engagement : Use analytics, feedback, and industry benchmarks to refine content and enhance audience reach and impact.

Qualifications

exposure to video / podcast content is a plus.

ability to collaborate with internal teams, leaders, and external contributors.
