Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Description
The Senior Associate, Asset Services, Technology & Operations will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our asset services operations in India. This position requires a highly experienced professional who can lead operational initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee asset services operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
