Talent Acquisition :
- Recruitment - Sourcing relevant CVs as per JD within the given timelines assigned for recruitment.
- Administering written tests to the candidates and coordinating for interviews
- Ensuring that the candidate submits all the documents as per the checklist on the date of interview.
- Ensuring that the process flow for recruitment is being followed diligently and the employee is in receipt of offer letter.
Send new joinee mail to IT, Administration and QA department at least one week prior to the joining of candidate / s.
