Job Title : Senior HR Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and data-driven hiring processes, while also supporting onboarding and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical capabilities to drive recruitment effectiveness and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using various sourcing platforms
- Conduct interviews and ensure smooth candidate engagement and experience
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and draft job descriptions
- Maintain and update employee records through HRMS
- Develop and manage trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports
- Monitor recruitment success metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and provide actionable insights
- Plan and control hiring budgets to ensure cost-effective recruitment
- Support onboarding programs and employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR policies and processes remain updated and compliant
Requirements
6–8 years of proven experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operationsProficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HRMS platformsHands-on experience in data management, recruitment analytics, and success metricsStrong interviewing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making
