About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM & Sales Executive who will take ownership of both customer relationship management and revenue growth.
This role isn’t about cold calling — it’s about nurturing leads, building loyalty, and driving sales through customer insight and engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize our CRM system to track and nurture customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run personalized campaigns and promotions.
- Convert inbound leads and repeat customers into loyal brand advocates.
- Monitor customer data and insights to improve sales performance and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.1–3 years of experience in CRM-based sales, ideally in nutraceuticals, wellness, health tech, or D2C brands.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).Excellent communication, empathy, and follow-up skills.Passion for health, nutrition, and customer success.Why Join Us
