The Role

If you come from leading multi-site technical teams and developing engineering solutions across a variety of industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure and asset types, then this role is for you.

As a strategic and technical leader, you’ll drive growth, consistency, and technical excellence across the business while ensuring strong commercial outcomes.

Your ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen will help strengthen our engineering capability and position the business for future success.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role can be based in Perth, Brisbane, or Newcastle, with occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute current and develop future Engineering Group business strategy
• Profit & Loss financial responsibility for the Business Units
• Develop customer base and client relationships as well as work winning pipeline
• Oversee our Structural, Materials, Mechanical and Reliability engineering teams.
• Provide managerial support to Team Leaders and Engineers
• Technical oversight in accordance with Professional Engineers Act.
• Review of proposals and technical reports for engineering consulting works.
• Mentor and ensure continuous career development of the team, including driving the

graduate development program
