Mastercard’s Consumer Acquisition & Engagement division delivers innovative loyalty and engagement solutions that help Clients (Financial Institutions & Merchants) attract, retain, and grow customer relationships. As part of Mastercard Services, our Loyalty Products & Solutions, anchored by the Mastercard Reward Solution (MRS) Platform, enable personalized, data-driven experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
This EEMEA region based role sits within the Solutions Engineering team and focuses exclusively on Mastercard’s loyalty products and solutions offerings. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a passion for customer-centric design, and a strong understanding of the loyalty landscape to help clients unlock the full potential of the Loyalty products and solutions.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on loyalty expert who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering measurable impact for clients and stakeholders. This individual brings a strong blend of technical acumen, customer-centric thinking, and business insight to design and deliver loyalty solutions that drive engagement and long-term value.

As a Manager-level Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical solutioning for Mastercard’s Loyalty Products & Solutions in the EEMEA region. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor to sales, product and delivery teams, ensuring that client needs are translated into scalable, effective solutions.
