Job descriptionDevelop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve businessobjectives, including traffic acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. Create and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Adsplatforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns tomaximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providingactionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of performance marketing professionals,fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide guidance on best practices, training, and development opportunities toenhance team skills and performance. Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, measure, and analyze campaignperformance and user behavior. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management,highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, and Sales, toensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Experience : .
- 10+ years of experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, includingcampaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative bestpractices.
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and effectively communicate with teammembers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to workcollaboratively across departments and with external partners.
