About the Role :
As a Marketing Associate at Driffle, you will be at the frontline of our brand-building and demand-generation efforts. The role requires a mix of creative storytelling, campaign execution, and analytical rigor. From owning Driffle’s social media marketing ecosystem to spearheading branding and partnership initiatives, you will directly influence how the world perceives and engages with our brand.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Social Media Ownership : End-to-end management of Driffle’s organic and paid social media channels (content planning, community management, influencer tie-ups, engagement optimization).
- Branding & Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact co-branding, influencer, and strategic partnership campaigns to drive reach and brand salience.
- Content Strategy : Collaborate with design and content teams to create thumb-stopping creatives, engaging campaigns, and consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Analytics : Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs like engagement rate, CTR, follower growth, share of voice, and partnerships-driven conversions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with performance marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure cohesive GTM and consistent brand positioning.
- Experimentation & Innovation : Lead A / B tests, explore new platforms (Threads, Discord, Reddit, etc.), and pilot activation campaigns to identify scalable growth levers.
Key KPIs :
Social engagement rate (ER%) improvement month-on-month.Brand awareness uplift (measured via reach, impressions, brand recall surveys).Partnership-driven lead generation and conversions.Organic follower growth & traffic from social channels.Campaign ROI and contribution to monthly active users (MAU) growth.Qualifications :
