Job descriptionFacilitate smooth issuance and underwriting processes with internal teams and partners Identify customer journey pain points and negotiate process improvements Utilize data analysis to support business growth and operational improvements Lead and manage team members while driving continuous operational enhancements
Key Deliverables :
- Drive and streamline life insurance issuance process by collaborating with business partners
- Lead negotiations with partners to optimize underwriting rules and minimize business loss
- Manage daily operations, analyze root causes of errors, and drive process automation & MIS
- Build and maintain relationships with partners through frequent visits and ongoing communication
