Instructional Designer

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial to our e-content development cycle, focusing on the creation and review of engaging and effective learning materials. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools to produce high-quality content, ensuring it aligns perfectly with project specifications and learning objectives. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Design & Development :
• Create and review storyboards / scripts and assessments as a core part of the e-content development cycle.
• Ensure that all changes and improvements made to content are meticulously tracked and incorporated across all relevant platforms and materials.
• Verify the adherence to specifications by rigorously checking the final deliverables of each project.
• Quality Assurance & Coordination :
• Conduct thorough output / build reviews as part of the e-content development cycle to ensure high quality.
• Coordinate effectively with Graphic Designers for the development of necessary graphics and animations.
• Work closely with the LMS technical team to ensure new content is uploaded, tested, and rolled out seamlessly as per plan and requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams, fostering a smooth workflow.
• Possess a spectacular command over the English language and grammar , with the ability to proofread and review content with immaculate attention to detail.
