Job descriptionIdeate and create engaging courses, videos and simulations using rapid authoring tools. Visualize storyboard for eLearning modules; develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids. Convert storyboard into digital output / eLearning by adding graphics, animations, voice-over & on-screen text. Hands-on knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate and video editing tools such as Vyond, Camtasia. Strong analytical skills and technical ability to quickly learn new tools. Working with MS power point. Working knowledge of SCORM Packaging would be an added advantage. Knowledge and understanding of instructional design and learning architecture and various Application simulation tools. Command on verbal and written English. Willingness to learn. Strong team player.

About the role : -
- Ability to understand technical and non-technical content and create learning materials for both VILT and eLearning.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ideate and create engaging, interactive courses, videos and simulations using rapid authoring tools.
- Visualize storyboard for eLearning modules; develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids.
- Convert storyboard into digital output / eLearning by adding graphics, animations, voice-over & on-screen text.
- Good to have familiarity with Instructional Design principles and processes such as ADDIE and Blooms taxonomy.
