Key Responsibilities :
Conceptualization & Design :
Develop innovative and engaging brand activation concepts.
Design interactive experiences for events, pop-up shops, trade shows, and other live settings.
Create compelling visual elements, including branding, signage, and interactive displays.
Campaign Planning & Execution :
Develop detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee the production and logistics of activations, ensuring smooth execution.
Manage vendors, suppliers, and event staff.
Audience Engagement :
Develop strategies to engage and interact with target audiences at activations.
Utilize interactive technologies and digital platforms to enhance the experience.
Collect and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Client Communication & Collaboration :
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives and marketing goals.
Present creative concepts and proposals to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Project Management & Budgeting :
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Data Analysis & Insights :
Analyze campaign data to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Use data to inform future campaign strategies and optimize future activations.
Qualifications :
1+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Experience in event planning and production.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy.
Passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
