Job Title : Creative Director – Branding
Role Overview :
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Creative Director to lead branding, design, and creative communications for our hospital. The role requires a visionary professional with core expertise in healthcare branding , capable of translating the hospital’s mission and values into impactful brand identity, patient-centered communication, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy & Identity
- Develop, refine, and strengthen the hospital’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and design in alignment with the hospital’s vision and values.
- Build and manage brand guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative Leadership
- Lead creative campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-hospital branding.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver patient-centric brand messaging.
- Drive innovation in hospital branding through storytelling, visual identity, and experience design.
- Marketing & Communication Support
- Partner with Marketing, PR, and Digital teams to conceptualize campaigns for patient engagement, service lines, and hospital reputation management.
- Oversee design, advertising, and content development to ensure creative excellence.
- Hospital Environment Branding
- Create patient-friendly branding within hospital premises (wayfinding, signage, wellness messaging).
- Ensure all in-hospital branding fosters trust, care, and professional credibility.
- Team & Vendor Management
- Manage internal creative team and external design / advertising agencies.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns with measurable impact.
Core Knowledge & Skills Required :
Proven expertise in branding strategy and creative direction in healthcare / hospital / health-tech industry.Strong understanding of healthcare consumer psychology, patient trust, and hospital reputation management.Ability to translate complex medical offerings into simple, impactful communication.Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and design-thinking skills.Strong grasp of digital branding, social media, and healthcare marketing trends.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.10+ years of experience in branding / creative direction, with at least 5 years in healthcare / hospital branding.Portfolio showcasing successful healthcare or service-sector branding campaigns.Key Competencies :
