About the Position

This ground-floor position is perfect for a  fresh graduate  who understands social media,

loves brainstorming, and wants hands-on experience turning raw ideas into finished

social content. You’ll act as the founder’s “second brain” : fleshing out concepts, writing

snappy copy, and shepherding every asset through the production pipeline until it’s live.

Experience & Traits

• Experience level :   0–2 years (college media, internships, or personal projects all count).
• Storytelling :   natural writer who crafts crisp, engaging English; Telugu or Hindi a plus.
• Social-media savvy :   obsessed with trends; eager to learn production basics and platform nuances.
• Tech-savvy :   proficient with Google Workspace, calendar management, and Trello / other project boards; comfortable using AI tools for quick research; able to learn new tools
• Organisation :   keeps multiple mini-projects moving without losing details.
• Academic background (preferred) :   studies in Economics, Public Policy, or other Social Sciences.
• Growth mindset :   Clear willingness to learn AI-assisted design workflows
