Sr. IT Manager

Job Opportunity : Sr. Manager – IT – Bangalore

A leading organization in the food services and hospitality domain is looking for a Senior Manager – IT to join its team in Bangalore . This role involves managing internal IT operations, coordinating with third-party vendors, and driving application and platform integrations including ERP, HRMS, and SAP modules.

Purpose of the Role :

To lead the IT function, ensure smooth implementation and support of applications and systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Primary :

Manage mobile applications platform, including integration and performance.

Ensure effective design and development of mobile applications.

Oversee ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems (including SAP).

Provide hands-on support with NodeJS, MySQL, Nginx, and both cloud and on-prem hosting.

Manage services on Azure, AWS, and Digital Ocean , covering IaaS and PaaS.

Leverage cloud-native DevOps tools and practices.

Coordinate mobile app development across Android and iOS platforms.

Maintain robust application security posture.

Handle IT asset and inventory management.

Act as the primary escalation point for app-related issues (employee / client-facing).

Collaborate with IT vendors for issue resolution and performance improvement.

Support management in generating reports, dashboards, and application enhancements.

Lead and support enterprise-wide application systems.

Secondary :

Lead IT business projects and partner in process optimization.

Oversee hardware, networking, and server infrastructure (with support team) to ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (BE / BTech) in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience & Skills :

5+ years of experience in app architecture, development, and vendor management.

Proven exposure to enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and HRIS.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Fluency in English.
