Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a proactive approach, and high emotional intelligence (EQ). This role demands excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, reading, listening) and deep programming expertise in Apex or another mainstream OOP language such as Java.

Key Responsibilities :

• Salesforce Development : Build, customize, and optimize solutions using Salesforce tools (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components).
• Integration : Implement third-party integrations with Salesforce using APIs and middleware.
• Apex Programming : Heavy coding responsibility with adherence to OOP principles.
• Technical Leadership : Mentor junior developers, set development best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize code and processes, and ensure solution scalability.
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders to transform business needs into technical solutions.
• Customization & Configuration : Create workflows, automation, and custom objects.
• Testing & Debugging : Ensure code robustness through rigorous testing.
• Documentation : Maintain technical documentation and train end & Qualifications :
• 5+ years in Salesforce development.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce platform tools.
• Strong OOP background (Apex, Java, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations & APIs.
• Leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• High EQ and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications preferred Skills :
• Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud experience.
• Agile methodology familiarity.
• CI / CD pipeline and Salesforce DevOps tools exposure
