Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to lead development efforts on a custom CPQ solution. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of building scalable backend solutions and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and front-end teams to deliver seamless and high-performance Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement backend logic for a custom CPQ solution using Apex.
  • Develop complex triggers, batch jobs, future methods, and queueable Apex classes.
  • Optimize SOQL / SOSL queries for performance.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, external services).
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Administrators for scalable technical designs.
  • Resolve performance, security, and data integrity issues.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive process improvements.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and apply best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex and OOP.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and database optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and version control.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce PD1 Certification (mandatory).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools.
  • Exposure to Agile development practices.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (PD2, CPQ Specialist).
