Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, results-driven professional with a strong focus on generating and nurturing leads over the phone. This role is a critical part of our sales funnel, converting inquiries into valuable leads for our on-ground sales teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential high-net-worth clients from provided databases.
• Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable property options.
• Explain the features and benefits of our luxury real estate projects with clarity and confidence.
• Schedule and confirm site visits or meetings for the field sales team.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
