This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer impact for Denave. You will lead a high-performing tele sales engine focused on B2B demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention , with direct influence on sales performance and business outcomes
What You'll Do
🧠 Strategic & Revenue Leadership
- Define and execute the demand generation and inside sales strategy for the India vertical
- Own the P&L and revenue forecast , and drive cost-effective revenue growth
- Oversee execution of high-velocity inside sales motions
- Continuously optimize lead flow, sales velocity, and conversion rates using actionable insights
🤝 Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead CXO-level engagements including MBRs and QBRs with enterprise clientsCollaborate with clients on campaign design, performance optimization, and revenue expansionIdentify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and improve overall customer lifetime value📊 Operations & Team Leadership
Manage a large-scale inside sales operation with 60+ team membersCreate a data-driven, high-accountability culture across sales execution and deliveryCoach Program Managers and Sales Managers to scale performance through metrics, dashboards, and best practicesPartner with internal functions (marketing, delivery, sales ops) to streamline GTM alignmentWho You Are
15+ years of experience in B2B inside sales / demand generation, preferably in IT / IT Services industryStrong background in leading large, distributed sales teams with proven results in pipeline growth and sales productivityExcellent stakeholder management with experience in client-facing leadership rolesDemonstrated ability to influence outcomes using data, insights, and operational excellence.
