This is a transformative leadership opportunity for an experienced educator passionate about shaping the future of education.ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and educational standards.Lead curriculum development and implementation, ensuring rigor, relevance, and alignment with national frameworks (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, or state boards).Supervise and mentor teachers and staff, conducting performance evaluations and supporting professional growth through coaching and development programs.Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture that promotes student well-being, academic excellence, and social-emotional learning.Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, guardians, and the wider community, building strong partnerships and promoting transparency.Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities, ensuring efficient and effective allocation to support educational priorities.Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements set by education authorities.Lead strategic planning initiatives, including long-term visioning, goal setting, and data-driven decision-making.Promote innovation in teaching and learning through the integration of technology, pedagogical best practices, and evidence-based strategies.Represent the school at regional and national education forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree in Education Leadership, School Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred.Minimum of 2–5 years of progressive leadership experience in an educational setting, including classroom teaching and administrative roles.Proven track record in curriculum development, staff supervision, and student achievement improvement.Strong understanding of national and state-level education policies, standards, and accreditation processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and operations effectively in a school environment.Proficiency in educational technology tools and data management systems for reporting and performance tracking.Commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical leadership in education.Valid teaching certification and administrative license (if applicable) as per regional regulations.Gender preference : Female candidates are encouraged to apply.Reporting to :Board of Governors / Managing CommitteeLocation :${location}Employment Type :Full-TimeWork Schedule :Standard school hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments for events and meetings.Requirements
