Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ujjain for a Maintenance Head Electrical. The Maintenance Head will oversee electrical maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overall management of maintenance processes. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, planning and implementing maintenance schedules, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance, and general Maintenance & Repair practices
• Proficiency in Maintenance Management and devising maintenance plans
• Strong skills in Team Management, including leadership and team coordination
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is advantageous
