Core responsibilities
- Client acquisition : Source new clients and build a strong customer base through networking and partnerships with channel partners like DSAs and CAs.
- Relationship management : Nurture existing relationships by understanding client needs, offering customized solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Financial solutions : Promote and sell various financial products, including working capital (fund-based and non-fund based) and term loans, and cross-sell liability and third-party products.
- Credit and risk management : Conduct field investigations, prepare credit appraisal notes, and manage the portfolio to ensure quality and compliance, minimizing delinquencies and ensuring timely closure of post-disbursement issues.
- Internal coordination : Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, legal, risk, and other departments to facilitate customer requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Market engagement : Educate clients on products, services, and digital platforms. This may include conducting village-level meetings to promote products and government schemes.
