Python and SQL mandatory and this is a Marketing Analytics role
Job Purpose :
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of the products, users, and acquisition channels
Principal Accountabilities :
Marketing Analytics
- Help solve 3 three problems of Growth Marketing- Whom to target (Propensity), How to target (Channel) and when (Time) to target for optimizing the CAC for the business
- Develop the channel mix & testing strategy for each campaign by collaborating with internal teams
- Run exploratory analysis to uncover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity
- Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructure
- Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company
- Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings
- Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions
Qualifications
B.Tech from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute with 2-4 years of experienceWork Experience / Skills
2-4 years of relevant proven experience from a numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments - perhaps in an online consumer business or a Bank / NBFCStrong data handling, interpretive and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volume of transaction level data and efficiently derive actionable results.Skills : R / Python, SQL , Tableau, Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables
