The Role

The Head of Accounts & Finance will take end-to-end ownership of the finance function—covering accounting, compliance, financial planning, business analysis, and fundraising. This leadership role will ensure financial health, statutory adherence, and strategic alignment to support the company's growth journey in the diamond jewellery space.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership & Control Lead the F&A function with full responsibility for accounting systems, compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Drive annual / quarterly budgeting, MIS, and rolling forecasts to ensure financial visibility across operations.
• Strategic Financial Planning Conduct business analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI assessments for new projects, retail expansion, and manufacturing scale-up.
• Debt-Equity Management Structure optimal financing through debt, equity, and working capital solutions to fuel growth.
• Fundraising & Investments Engage with banks, investors, and financial institutions to raise funds and manage investment strategies.
• Compliance & Governance Ensure statutory adherence across taxation, GST, FEMA, Companies Act, and other applicable frameworks.
• Process Efficiency Build and implement robust financial processes, reporting systems, and cost-optimization frameworks.
• Stakeholder Partnering Work closely with the Board and senior leadership, providing financial insights to enable sound decision-making.
