Tax-Deputy Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related compliances and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.

Responsibilities

Domestic Income Tax Compliance (Advance Tax, TDS, Tax Audit, Return)

Tax Provisions

TDS Compliances Deposit and Returns

International Tax

Transfer Pricing Compliance and Assessment

Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) filing, Site visit and compliance process.

Mutual Agreement procedure (MAP)

DT Litigation Related Experience CIT(A),ITAT, HC, SC

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant / CWA / CMA with 5-7 years of working in Direct Tax in manufacturing industry
• Strong communication and analytical skills
