Job descriptionManage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, return filing, and issuance of Form 16 / 16A. Ensure proper accounting of income tax provisions and deferred tax in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IGAAP). Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements. Support in the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns. Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax audit, statutory audit, and other reviews. Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing documentation requirements, including Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (if applicable). Assist in pricing inter-company transactions in line with arm’s length standards. Support in TP audit assessments and represent the company before tax authorities, where required. Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification. 8 -10 years of post-qualification experience in direct and indirect taxation, preferably in a corporate or Big 4 / consulting environment. Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, Income Tax Act, and Transfer Pricing Regulations. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead our Direct and Indirect Taxation function. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax provisions, Deferred Tax, and Transfer Pricing under Indian tax laws. You will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, optimizing tax positions, managing audits, and supporting strategic business decisions through tax planning.

Indirect Tax :
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Reconcile GST data between books and returns.
- Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental queries.
- Provide GST-related advisory on business transactions, vendor / customer contracts, and new business models.
- Monitor changes in GST laws and ensure timely compliance.
