Total Experience : 7-12 years, including positions as Tax Head or N-1.Direct Taxation : Minimum 5 years of experience in Income Tax, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing. Practical knowledge of handling taxation wrt to corporate restructuring.Indirect Taxation : Hands-on experience with GST compliance, including return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.), input credit reconciliations, and e-invoicing.Team and Stakeholder Management : Minimum 3-5 years' experienceLeading or mentoring junior tax staff or consultants.Working closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations).Comfort in advising CXOs on tax risks and implications.(ref : iimjobs.com)
