FinAdvantage - Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team preparing and reviewing U.S. federal and state tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations.
• Oversee workflows, deadlines, and client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to the team.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate workflow, maintain quality control, and ensure timely delivery.
