Key Responsibilities

• Identifying customers :  Identifying customers who require order fulfillment and other 3PL relevant operations.
• Quotation drafting and negotiations : Draft quotes as per the customers' requirements and negotiate and onboard the clients.
• Process Optimization :  Develop and implement efficient SOPs to improve picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Team Management :  Lead and mentor warehouse / fulfilment executives and ensure workforce productivity.
• Vendor Coordination and Vendor onboarding :  Identifying third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and service providers and onboard them for operations purpsoe.
• Reporting & Analytics :  Track KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch time, delivery SLAs, and returns management; present performance reports to management.

Customer Escalations :  Handle the after sales greviences of the customers.
